At Sticks Like Shit, we strive to keep our billing process transparent and straightforward. Here’s an overview of our payment terms:
Payment Frequency: Your subscription is billed every 30 days, with payments processed automatically at the start of each billing cycle. This ensures uninterrupted service and consistent access to your chosen plan.
Payment Processing: Payments are made via Direct Debit in Pounds Sterling (GBP). You may select a preferred payment date at signup, and you can request adjustments to this date after the first 90 days of service. To avoid any disruption, please ensure your payment details are kept up-to-date.
Currency and Exchange Rates: All charges are processed in GBP. If you are paying in a non-GBP currency, you may incur additional charges due to exchange rate fluctuations or conversion fees. It is the client’s responsibility to understand and account for these potential costs.
Overdue Payments: If a payment fails or is missed, a grace period may apply, after which your account could be suspended. We will notify you of any failed payments, and service will resume once payment is received. Please reach out to our support team if you need assistance with an overdue balance.

All subscriptions with Sticks Like Shit operate on a 30-day rolling contract, meaning any subscription you purchase automatically renews every 30 days. This recurring setup allows you to maintain uninterrupted access to our services without the need to re-subscribe manually.
We’ll always notify you before your next month’s subscription payment is due, so you’re fully aware of the upcoming charge. This way, you can continue enjoying our services without worry, with the flexibility to make any adjustments as needed.
You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time to better suit your needs. Changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Please note that any further upgrades or downgrades can only occur after you’ve completed at least 90 days on your current subscription plan. This policy ensures we can provide consistent service while accommodating your evolving needs.
All our subscription plans come with tailored levels of support and maintenance, aligned with the value each plan offers. Our goal is to empower your business by providing the support you need to develop your website and strengthen your online presence, embodying our mission to “Always Be Helping.”
Our maintenance work is continuous and often runs smoothly in the background, so most clients won’t even notice it’s happening. This includes updates to web hosting, regular backups, and software upgrades to keep your website secure and fully functional. We proactively manage website security to minimize risks and protect your business from potential disruptions.
We want to make canceling your subscription as smooth and amicable as possible. The data we’ve created together is yours to keep, including content and assets associated with your website, except for any licensed images we may have provided. If you’d like to continue using these images, we’re happy to guide you on how to obtain them under separate licensing.
Please note that certain services we provide—such as security, maintenance, and some software applications—are not transferable. Once your subscription ends, it’s the client’s responsibility to establish comparable measures to keep their website stable, secure, and protected for both their data and that of their visitors. Sticks Like Shit is not liable for any potential losses or issues that arise after your subscription has been canceled.
Our service is designed to deliver value across three key areas: helping grow your online presence, providing ongoing support, and managing essential maintenance. We aim to keep clients with us based on the value we bring—not through restrictive contracts. So, if you decide to move on, we’re here to help make the transition as seamless as possible.
Clients may cancel their subscription at any time by submitting a written cancellation request from the registered email address associated with their account.
Upon receipt of your cancellation email, we will confirm your cancellation via return email.
Clients have two options upon cancellation:
If you require custom work or additional services beyond the scope of your subscription plan, we will provide you with an estimate and timeline for approval. Additional fees may apply for any work not covered under your subscription.
Upon cancellation, clients may request a backup of their website content and data. Please submit your request at least 7 days prior to your cancellation date, and we will provide you with the necessary files for export.
Liability and Force Majeure
Sticks Like Shit is not responsible for any service interruptions or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, or third-party service failures. Under no circumstances shall Sticks Like Shit be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.
If you have any disputes regarding your subscription, or these subscription terms please contact us in writing at info@stickslikesh.it. We will work with you to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. If a resolution cannot be reached informally, we may seek to resolve the dispute through formal mediation or arbitration processes, as outlined in our Terms of Service.
