Joining our waiting list doesn’t mean twiddling your thumbs! As soon as you sign up, you’ll start receiving our “10 Steps to Website Success”,  a series of emails delivered every other day, packed with tips to help you gather everything you need for your shiny new website.

Once you’ve completed the 10 steps, we’ll send you our appointment booking link straight to your inbox. That’s your chance to lock in the best date and time that works for you. But don’t hang about, our slots fill up fast!

Why do you have a waiting list?

Our business is set up to be client-focused.  We value new clients requesting we look after their website. But, our clients have always come first.  By joining our waiting list it avoids us wasting time dealing with phone calls from time wasters.  This gives us more time to look after our clients. 

Just ask yourself this question.  Would you want us to focus on your website or take calls from people everyday and care a little less?

After you join our waiting list you will receive a confirmation email to say we have your details. We will also send you an email each day for 10 days. This email is our “10 Steps To Website Success”. Each day for 10 days we will send you some tasks to help you get ready for talking to us about your website. So when we call you, you will have a solid idea about your website.

We aim to speak to everyone within 14 days of being offered a call with us.  Your booking link will arrive with you within 21 days of signing up.  This allows you to book a call with us.

NO. Privacy means a lot to us. We like to respect everyone’s privacy. We never sell any contact information to anyone. We only use your contact details in line with any requests you’ve made to us.

You can hit the “UNSUBSCRIBE” link that’s in every one of our emails. Once you do that, we will send you no more emails.

When you unsubscribe from our emails, we launch an internal inquiry to understand why you were so upset with us.

We don’t chase a new client, we would rather they see the value we provide than try to convince them of anything else. We don’t have the time to pester or sell to anyone. We use our time to provide our clients with the value they have come to expect.

We send out links to our latest “Blog Roll”, if you don’t find them useful hit “UNSUBSCRIBE” at the bottom of the email and you will never hear from us again.

As we don’t know at this stage what your website is about we can’t give you a definitive time. It also helps save time if you have all your content together. But we help you with that too. We aim to have your website live within 30 to 90 days, subject to size and complexity.
